Constant Cares

Care that extends beyond the therapy room.

At Agape Health Initiatives, we believe that access to care is about more than what happens during a therapy session.

Constant Cares is a community-care initiative being developed to help reduce barriers to mental health, healthcare, education, stability, opportunity, and meaningful life experiences.

Sometimes support means helping someone access clinical care.

Sometimes it means helping with a school-related expense.

Sometimes it means providing assistance with an essential need.

And sometimes, it means making sure a young person gets to experience something as simple and meaningful as prom, homecoming, or graduation.

Because not every need is a crisis.
Not every hardship is clinical.
And people deserve support for the moments that matter, too.

“Hope is being able to see there is light even in all of the darkness.”
— Desmond Tutu

What Is Constant Cares?

Constant Cares is designed to provide limited financial and practical assistance to individuals experiencing barriers that affect their health, wellbeing, stability, opportunities, or ability to participate in meaningful experiences.

Our developing areas of support include:

Mental Health & Clinical Access

Helping reduce financial and practical barriers to appropriate mental-health and clinical services.

Health & Wellness

Supporting health-related needs and practical barriers that can make accessing care more difficult.

Education & Opportunity

Helping individuals participate in educational, extracurricular, career, and developmental opportunities.

Life Moments

Supporting meaningful experiences that can have lasting personal and developmental significance, including:

  • Prom

  • Homecoming

  • Graduation

  • Senior activities

  • School events

  • Extracurricular activities

  • Other meaningful milestones

Stability & Basic Needs

Providing limited assistance with essential needs during periods of financial or situational hardship.

Starting Small. Building Something Bigger.

Constant Cares is currently in its initial pilot phase.

As we build funding, infrastructure, partnerships, and sustainable systems, assistance will initially be available to current and recently established clients of Agape Health Initiatives who meet program criteria.

This initial phase allows us to develop Constant Cares thoughtfully and responsibly while learning what our community needs most.

Our long-term vision is to expand Constant Cares beyond our existing clinical community and make assistance available to a broader population.

How Constant Cares Works

Constant Cares has limited funding, and assistance is not guaranteed.

Requests are reviewed based on established program criteria, available resources, and the circumstances described in the application.

Receiving Constant Cares assistance does not affect a person's clinical treatment, eligibility for services, or therapeutic relationship with Agape Health Initiatives.

Constant Cares is not an emergency service or crisis-response program and does not replace medical, mental-health, legal, housing, or other professional services.

Our Vision

We want to build something that grows with our community.

As Constant Cares develops, our hope is to:

  • Increase the amount of assistance available

  • Expand eligibility beyond our clinical community

  • Develop community partnerships

  • Support more children, adolescents, adults, and families

  • Create additional programs addressing unmet community needs

  • Explore sustainable charitable and nonprofit structures

We're starting with what we can do today, with the goal of creating something that can do much more tomorrow.
